A resident of Puget Sound for over 20 years, Glenn Anderson resides in Fall City, in east King County.  As a business management consultant over almost 30 years, Glenn has traveled across the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe and the Middle East, but always looks forward to coming home to the Pacific Northwest.

Glenn understands that a good education and a good job open the door to Life's opportunities.  His real world work experience includes punching a time clock in both an aerospace and textile factory; bringing home a paycheck as a carpenter and longshoreman; working as a volunteer fire fighter and running his own small consulting business.

Glenn earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Political science from the University of Alabama.  His studies included a concentration in international trade economics and community development.

Glenn's business management consulting practice focuses on helping small and mid-sized businesses be more competitive and successful in the global economy.  Small businesses are responsible for 80% of the jobs in our state. He enjoys the entrepreneurial energy of individuals seeking to realize their dreams of financial freedom and helping them develop business plans, raise capital, dealing with regulatory requirements and hiring the right people to build a business.  Glenn has received the National Federation of Independent Business "Guardian of Small Business" Award every year since first elected.

Glenn has also served as Business Development Director for Bellevue Community College helping the college deliver programs that help people upgrade their job skills and improve their employment opportunities.

As an avid historian, Glenn's outside interests include the related areas of archeology, earth sciences and astronomy.  In his free time, Glenn enjoys the great Pacific Northwest outdoors, rooting for the Seattle Sounders soccer team and loving his dogs.
